About second-hand Allround machines

Allround Vegetable Processing makes specialised machinery for washing and grading a variety of field produce and potatoes. Allround’s head office is in Andijk, the Netherlands. The company also has a factory in India.

Allround radial graders

Radial graders make it possible to grade flower bulbs and vegetables such as carrots, chicory, Brussels sprouts and onions according to size. Allround radial sorting machines are equipped with laterally positioned stainless steel rollers on chains. The distance between the rollers can be adjusted step-wise for gradingaccording to size by moving the lowest roller to adjust the distance between the lowestand highest rollers. The grading size can be adjusted mechanically. When products of the desired size pass the pre-adjusted rollers they fall onto the conveyor belt running underneath the grading system. The operating speed of machines such as these is generally frequency-controlled.

Allround drum washing machine

Allround produces drum washing machines for various types of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, parsnips, red beets and celery. The machine’s rotating drum ensures that the vegetables are continually in motion, producing a perfectly clean result. The rinse water can in many cases be recycled. Some of these machines have drums that are placed in a tank filled with water, while others do not.

The capacity differs per model, but also depends on the soil type and the dirtiness of the produce.
