Description:

Baekelandt Leek cleaning/peeling and washing machine

Completely hydraulically driven, with a hydraulic power pack with electrical motor.

The leek has to be put on a conveyor at the start of the machine. The leaves are cut of with rotating knives (clean cut). Then the leek goes through  rotating peeling tumbles with many peeling fingers, wich takes the dirty leaves and pulls them off.
