Demtec автоматическая система soilblocking с destacker

Demtec automatic soil blocking system, complete with soil mixers, transpose unit and crate destacker.

This soil blocking line is used for chrysanthemum, but can be adjusted for vegetables as well.

This soil blocking line consists of:

• NM 89 soil blocker / MTP transpose (for 4 x 4 cm soil blocks, 104 blocks per crate)
• Box / crate destacking unit with supply conveyors.
• Soil screw with watering pump. Type 3M-2B for homogenous mixing of substrate with water. A spraying tube with pressure regulator  provides the substrate, which is equally lifted by means of an auger, with a constant amount of water.  This treatment guarantees a perfect preparation for the soil blocks.
• Soil elevator. Type VDB  provided with an elevator chain with paddles.

The soil blocker NM 89 is a unique soil blocking machine with a high production. The MTP transpose is the most appropriate automation for an average production.  The MTP’s heart is the NM 89 soil blocker. The blocks are taken per group and put in a cultivation container.  The interchangeable transpose die is custom-made.  The blocks can be cut in full or in rows.  The transpose is provided with an automatic cratee supply and evacuation mechanism.

For vegetables this soil blocking system has to be equiped with a seeder. The seeder could be mounted between the NM soil blocker and MTP transpose
