Consisting of:

• Elevator conveyor 280 x 55 cm, adjustable speed
• Blower, adjustable in power
• Pregrading machine with snares 50 x 55 cm, filters out < 10 mm, adjustable speed, with discharge conveyor 28 cm wide
• Inspection conveyor 300 x 64 cm, adjustable speed
• Collection conveyor 155 x 35 cm, with foot pedal

Operation of the sorting line:

First of all, the elevator transfers the blueberries upwards, at the end of the elevator they end up at a blower. This blower not only blows away the leaves and twigs, but also the worst quality blueberries (these are much lighter in weight than berries of good quality), this machine is adjustable in blowing power, so that it can be adjusted to your liking. Then the blueberries pass over the string sorter that filters out the blueberries of 10 mm or smaller, these sizes are usually unsaleable as a product, but can be used excellently to make jam or juice. The blueberries larger than 10 mm are then transported to the inspection conveyor for a follow-up check. After the inspection conveyor, the blueberries are placed on the collection conveyor, which is equipped with a foot pedal, making it ideal for filling small boxes.
