This jumpgrader can be used for: onions, potatoes, bulbs or mushrooms etc.
The unique ‘jump grading technique’ ensures an extremely accurate and product-friendly grading process. With every ‘shock’ movement the product is tossed up at an angle and then topples forward at an angle. The product is not given a chance to find its way between the grading holes, which ensures greater accuracy.
Jump action depth and direction can be easily set .You can always choose the optimal adjustment to ensure the best jump movement for the various types of seed and ware potatoes, as well as for onions and Brussels sprouts.
After the product has been graded to the correct size, it is collected and led to the conveyor with a minimal drop height
Effective sorting width of the grader is 1 meter
