Tumoba brussels sprout grading line with Kerian roller grader

This brussels sprout sorting line consists of: 

• Elevator conveyor 495 x 132 cm with adjustable speed
• Kerian X 150 roller grader
  • 7 sizes, from 15 mm till max. 42 mm
  • Currently the size classes are set at: 15 - 18 - 20 - 23 - 28 - 33 - 38 - 42 mm  
  • One large discharge conveyor
  • Conveyor belt is the PVC top layer at one point worn away to canvas
  • Width including walkway: 420 cm 
  • Highest point: 480 cm (at elevator)
• 6 x bunker
  • With 2 discharge conveyor belt 580 x 57 cm, on each sides of the bunkers. 
  • With fall breakers 
  • Is located under the Kerian grader
  • Bunker 1: 284 x 58 x 220 cm (L x W x H)
  • Bunker 2: 284 x 75 x 220 cm (L x W x H) 
  • Bunker 3: 284 x 78 x 220 cm (L x W x H)

  • Adjustable speed of the rotation of the rollers; possible to rotate the brussels sprout very slowly.  
  • With flat conveyor belt before the rollers

Machine is located in the United Kingdom.
This line is still installed and at it's orignal location. The line can be inspected on request.
The machine will be dissembled and loaded on the truck.
