VanHoucke IP 4500 Leek cleaning / peeling and washing machine
Completely hydraulically driven, with a hydraulic power pack with electrical motor, all hydraulic motors are Sauer-Danfoss.
- The leek has to be put on a conveyor at the start of the machine
- The leaves are cut of with 2 rotating knives (clean cut)
- Roots cutting device
- Then the leek goes through 2 rotating peeling tumbles with many peeling fingers, wich takes the dirty leaves and pulls them off.
- Extra knive to cut the leafs of the leek shorter, distance is adjustable
- Adjustable functions
- Construction completely in stainless steel
- Lifting doors on the side for seasy cleaning and maintenance
