Double small packaging line for flow packing on trays of vine tomatoes, for example

Packaging line for destacking pallets and crates, to then manually empty them and place the products in trays. After this, the trays are transported via various conveyors and roller conveyors to 2 curved conveyors that supply 2 different flowpack machines in a dosed manner. The products are packed in the flowpack machines, after which the trays are weighed and labeled by a checkweigher / labeler. The packed and labeled trays are then placed on a turntable, where the products have to be picked up by hand.

This line consists of the following machines:

• Sorma pallet destacker (Suitable for 2 pallets of 120 x 120 cm and boxes of 60 x 40 cm) (Note: excl. Pallet scales and flatscreens)
  • Referred to in the pictures as 1 
• Small packing line consisting of three layers: empty crates discharge conveyors, full crates feed roller conveyors and two 20 cm wide tray discharge conveyors. Total length +/- 12 meter (Note: excl. weighing tables)
  • Referred to in the pictures as 2

The packing line has two exits to two different packing lines, consisting of:

• Flow pack line 1
  • 180° curved conveyor, 20 cm wide

  • Inliner / feeding system / dosing belt with photocell
    • Referred to in the pictures as 4
  • Record Panda E flowpack machine (sealing from the downside), year of construction 2004

  • Espera ES7000 labeller / checkweigher, year of construction 2016 (sold)
