Sorma PAL 108 F plate palletizer 

Sorma palletizer enables you to automatically stack boxes or crates on pallets. This smart stacking system offers you not only considerable labour reductions, but it is also ergonomically. Furthermore, the boxes and crates are stacked very nicely. This palletizer was designed to achieve high capacities.

• Suitable for pallets of  80 x 120 cm, 100 x 120 cm and 120 x 120 cm.
• Suitable for stacking wood, plastic, IFCO and Steco boxes.
• Rotating disc for turning the boxes 
• Complete with chain conveyor to discharge the full pallets. (This chain conveyor can also be removed, if you don't have a pallet infeed system. In that case the pallets are put on the correct possition with a pump trolley or fork lift.*)

* Want to work without the outfeed chain conveyor for the full pallets? 
The palletiser can also be installed without the pallet chain conveyor, so that pallets are taken in/out manually and the pallet is flat on the floor.
In this scenario the chain conveyor should be switched off in via the control system. And the counterweight should be placed at a higher position on the chain so that the plate can lower to the floor. 

These palletisers worked with an automatic pallet supply system for feeding empty pallets. This pallet dispencer with transport trolley has since been sold.
