Proseal MC002 + SlipStream Línea de pesaje con divisor de carriles con 14 posiciones de pesaje para frutos rojos

This weighing and repackaging line was used for the manual weighing and repacking of trays with soft fruits and grapes. Before a tray sealer.
The line is equipped with a Proseal Slipstream line diverter with 3 lanes to which a checkweigher can be connected. The trays with soft fruits (such as strawberries) that are over or under weight go to one lane and will be returned to the working position of the first weigher. 

In addition to trays with soft fruits, this machine can also be used for the manual weighing of other products in trays, such as strawberries, cherries, grapes, berries, tomatoes, etc.

The line is equipped with 14 ergonomic weighing workstations, positioned on both sides of the conveyor belt, allowing multiple operators to work simultaneously and achieve a high production capacity.

Additional Information:

Excluding checkweigher for controlling the Proseal SlipStream. The line previously operated with a Bizerba checkweigher. Checkweighers from various manufacturers can be integrated into this line.

The line is suitable for packing grapes and other small fruit products and can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines with traysealers or flowpack machines for trays from Proseal or other manufacturers.
