This complete Jasa packaging line is an excellent solution for the automatic handling, weighing, packaging, labelling and inspection of fresh vegetables, potatoes and other agricultural products. The line is built with high-quality stainless steel machines and combines reliable product feeding, accurate weighing, efficient flowpack packaging and advanced metal detection in one integrated system. Thanks to its modular design, this packaging line is suitable for a wide range of products, including green beans, Brussels sprouts, radishes, baby potatoes, nuts and other similar products.

The line starts with a robust stainless steel box tipper for bins measuring 100 x 120 x 100 cm. The product is then transported via a stainless steel elevator conveyor with dosing function to the inspection conveyor. The inspection conveyor allows operators to visually inspect the product and remove unwanted material before further processing. Thanks to the integrated lighting and two sorting channels, optimal product inspection is ensured.

After inspection, the product is transported via the stainless steel elevator to the infeed shaker. This shaker ensures even product distribution and removes dirt particles through the integrated waste conveyor. As a result, product quality is improved and a stable product flow towards the weigher is achieved. The combination of dosing conveyors, elevator and shaker ensures a continuous product flow and high packaging capacity.

The heart of the line is the Newtec 2009PC-23 multihead weigher with nine weighing heads. This reliable weighing machine is specifically designed for smaller products and can accurately create batches up to 1 kg. In practice, the machine was successfully used for weighing green beans, Brussels sprouts and radishes, achieving capacities of up to 42 batches per minute. Thanks to its accurate weighing technology, product giveaway is minimized and consistent package weights are ensured.

After weighing, the products are automatically packed by the Jasa J250FV vertical flowpack machine. This packaging machine is equipped with two forming sets, allowing different bag sizes to be produced. The machine features a Videojet Dataflex 6320 printer for applying product information and a Gekko 140 labeller for professional labelling. This enables packages to be provided directly with batch codes, expiry dates and product labels. The Jasa flowpack machine is known for its reliability, user-friendliness and high packaging speeds.

For additional product quality and food safety, the line is equipped with a Rotodyne leaf blower and a Loma IQ3 metal detection system. The leaf blower removes light product residues and leaves before packaging. The Loma IQ3 metal detector then inspects every package for the presence of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel contaminants. Thanks to its high detection sensitivity, this machine meets the strict requirements of the modern food industry and helps producers maintain food safety standards.

The packaging line is completed with a stainless steel rotary collection table for gathering packed products.
