With the Multivac T700 we offer a traysealer series which is optimised for medium to large batches and quick product changes. The T700 models are mainly directed at medium-sized and industrial-scale food producers and packers.

The Multivac T700 covers a wide spectrum of applications, particularly in the food packaging sector. In addition to meat, sausage and convenience products, it is also suitable for packing seafood/fish and cheese, as well as fruit, vegetables and salad products.

Tray transport systems
The Multivac T700 has a precise and reliable tray transport system, which can be designed as a one-track or two-track system, and which ensures that the trays and products are transported gently. A tray gripper with servo drive conveys the loaded trays to the die, and at the same time it transports the sealed trays out of the die. Thanks to the servo drive, all phases of the transport procedure can be controlled precisely through the HMI and can be stored in the product recipe. This ensures that they are matched perfectly to the trays used and the product to be packed.

A film trim winder ensures precise tensioning of the film trim lattice, and it winds this up in a compacted form. This means that the film trim winder has a large capacity. The mechanical lock mechanism makes operation simple and maintenance-free. 

The die of the T700 can be changed quickly and easy for processing different tray formats. A person requires less than 15 minutes and can perform the replacement without tools.
