General discription

The Quality Buncher Pro is an automatic bunching machine for processing a single layer of tulips. The quality of the flowers is secured by minimum handling of the product. Moreover, the Quality Buncher Pro provides an optimum and constant bunching result at high capacities. The software contains functions for order controlled (retail) production. 
 
Functions 

Harvested flowers are supplied in a single layer. Manually the flowers are aligned. First the machine cuts the flowers on the desired length. Then short flowers are separated from the main flow. The automatic bunching unit counts all flowers, bunches the flowers in the set number of stems/bunch. The bouquet is tied twice by the CRP binders and is ready for packing.
