Mission & Vision
Duijndam Machines wants to offer the customer reliable used machines. Furthermore, they try to help customers achieve their objectives. This could involve improving the quality of the products or the working conditions and reducing the (employment) costs or improving the financial position. Together with the customer, Duijndam Machines will look for the best solution based on the customer’s requirements and objectives.
How does Duijndam work?
The team at Duijndam Machines searches for the best agricultural and horticultural machines on a daily base. As a commercial business, we own all the machines on our website. Duijndam Machines employs a discerning purchasing policy and only buys quality machines at a favorable price. The customer profits from this straightforward relationship between price and quality.
Machines are only bought after they have been thoroughly assessed and tested. The machines are checked technically, cleaned and repaired as soon as they arrive at the central sales location in the Netherlands. Reconditioning is done by our technical staff, in collaboration with specialist experts and manufacturers.
Before delivery we run a final test to make sure the machine is fully operational. On request we can also assist in other services, such as worldwide transportation and installation.

Procurement policy
We are looking for qualitative good machines to constantly replenish the assortment. Do you have any surplus machines on offer or are you transferring to another type of cultivation, machine or technology? Or perhaps your company is ceasing to trade? Duijndam Machines is always interested in buying used machines.
You may put your machines up for sale by mailing photos. We would like to see full details of your machine. We therefore request you to provide as much information as possible, such as asking price, year of construction, technical condition and recent maintenance.
Our salesperson will contact you to make an appointment to view the machine when we have received your photos and/or form. During this visit an assessment will be made of whether or not the machine is an interesting purchase and the value will be determined. Further agreements will be made about delivery and payment if you and the salesperson are in agreement.
Purchased machines are always paid for before being collected and loaded! Duijndam Machines hopes to offer you confidence, security and ease with this method of work.
Sale process
When you have found a suitable machine, you may order it by sending us an email with your invoice details and VAT number. Please state whether you will arrange transport for the machine yourself or whether you wish Duijndam Machines to arrange it. You will then receive a sales agreement which must signed and returned within 48 hours. The invoice must be paid within 10 days. The machine will be made ready for transport when your payment has been received. This could sometimes take a couple of days depending on the amount of work and the type of machine.
Are you coming to see the machine and would you like to take it with you? This is possible as long as the payment is completed. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN (Maestro & V PAY). You can also make a bank transfer via internet banking from your own bank at our offices.
