Import a machine

Duijndam Machines is the largest supplier of used Western European machines for vegetable growing, fruit growing, ornamental and tree nursery. Already for 40 years we sell agricultural and horticultural machines. We supply machines worldwide to small and medium-sized companies. We help our customers to improve efficiency.

Import a machine

Export to other parts of the world requires knowledge and attention. Due to our years of experience,  we can unburden our clients. For many clients we arrange transportation, supply export documents, dismantle the machine, loading and properly fasten the machine within the container. We specify any costs in a transparent manner in advance. This results that the machines safely arrives at your company without any unpleasant surprises.
For export outside of the European Union sometimes custom duties are applied. Please contact a local custom broker to be informed about the local regulations based on the HS custom code of the machine. 

With export documents from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, non-EU customers pay less import duties.

We are always looking for good machines that will enable our customers to work more efficient.

How to order your machine

When you have found a suitable machine, you may order it by sending us an email with your invoice details and VAT number. The VAT number is only required for companies within the European Union. Please state whether you will arrange transport for the machine yourself or whether you wish Duijndam Machines to arrange it. You will then receive a sales agreement / invoice which must signed and returned within 48 hours. The invoice must be paid within 10 days. The machine will be made ready for transport when your payment has been received. This could sometimes take a couple of days depending on the amount of work and the type of machine.

Are you coming to see the machine and would you like to take it with you? This is possible as long as the payment is completed. Payment can be made in cash or by PIN (Maestro & V PAY). You can also make a bank transfer via internet banking from your own bank at our offices.
