About used Flower processing machines

The way flowers or bouquets are processed determines which processing machine is suitable. Flower processing machines are also known as universal flower processing lines. Universal means that the flower processing machines are able to process various sorts of flowers, such as lilies, alstroemerias, freesias, peonies and so on. The flower processing lines are constructed in various designs and complexities.

Universal flower bunching machines

Flowers could be cut, (single of double) leaves removed and (single or double) bound with elastic by flower processing machines. The type of flower effects the execution of the main belt, such as the width and imbricate belts or sponge wheels. Double imbricates or sponges provide more support during processing. The bunches of flowers are collected on the collection belt after processing. The capacity of a flower processing line is between 700 and 2000 bunches per hour and results in an uniform bunch or bouquet.

The available space, as well as capacity, defines the choice of flower processing machine. A longer flower processing line usually has more positions or a longer collection belt. A short flower processing machine takes up less space. Both types can be expanded by an electronic eye (sensor) or a collecting container.

You will find an overview on this page of the second-hand flower processing lines that we have for sale at the moment. We would be happy to inform you about the possibilities of the different flower processing machines from BTM and Bercomex (previously Olimex and Van den Berg).

All the flower processing machines are in good condition and have been inspected by experienced mechanics. Duijndam Machines wants to supply only good-functioning and reliable machines and works in close collaboration with the manufacturer or with contracted experts.
