Operation:
The linked harvesting trolleys are automatically pulled (one by one) through the unloading system. The boxes of tomatoes are placed on the weighing line to the 2
weighing positions. The harvesting trolleys are filled with empty boxes.
The weighed box is then placed on a roller conveyor belt from the weighing positions to the palletiser.
* Koat vine tomato processing system can be sold without palletizer
The machines comes from a vine tomato company that has switched to strawberries. The last year they sold all their tomatoes to a central location where the tomatoes where packed in retail packaging. So they didn’t weigh each box anymore. So the made the Klerks pusher that automatically pushes the boxes to the next roller conveyor to the palletizer. They did weigh each picking trolley instead of each box.
This machine has worked in the past with a flowpack machine. The previous owner did do the flowpacking at his own company first. So the boxes are feed to the position where the flowpacking machines was placed. On the machine are 3 position to put boxes. The top conveyor is used to feed the empty boxes to an elevator / lift, that puts the empty boxes on the roller conveyor for the empty boxes. This all is a nice extra feature of this machine.
