Ulma Florida flowpack machine for products on trays
Flowpacker with infeed belt for packaging products on trays in a closed foil.
A flow packer extends the shelf life of a product by means of the hermetically sealed packaging.
- Infeed conveyor belt with sensor. To feed the trays into the machine at the correct distance
- Undersealer (very suitable for products on trays)
- Only for unprinted film
- Machine works from left to right
- Width of sealing bar 30 cm
- 3 pairs of rolls (fold, pull and seal rolls)
- With lay-on / supply belt
- Adjustable folding unit for the plastic
- Max. 100 packs per minute (depending on pack length)
Received a complete service check and maintenance by specialized mechanic:
- New knive
- Drive system of the rotating sealing bar is renewed, such as sprockets, axles and chain
