Cucumber sealing machine for packing cucumbers and various other products such as leek, corn and courgette.

By sealing, loss of moisture is prevented so that the shelf life is increased.

The cucumber is placed on the chain in the bottom layer of film on the overlay section of the machine. In front of the sealing bar, the top layer of foil is placed on the cucumber and the sealing bar melts the foil together. The cucumber is then transported by the chain to the oven.

In the shrink tunnel, the film is tightly wrapped around the cucumber. This shrink unit consists of two ovens through which the cucumbers pass.
