Aweta Megastar 1-9 mango grading machine for grading with Inscan internal quality grading system

The Mango Inscan system has been specifically designed for mango’s to non-destructively measure their internal quality providing a perfect product to your customers. This allows you to:

• Remove the internal browning, or any internal decay from your batch
• Determine the sugar content for optimum sweetness
• Evaluate the maturity and firmness of the mango

The complete Aweta Megastar grading installation consists of:

• Weight, size, colour, maturity, hardness and internal quality 
• Computer with Windows 10
• Software: Troodon
• Dosing conveyor
• Elevator
• Packing tables
• Roller conveyors
• Layout of machine: 1630 cm x 493 cm 
• Exclusive conveyor system for feeding empty boxes (as shown in the drawing) 

The Megastar is specifically designed for large products like mangos. The spreading V-gutter belt guarantees a smooth transfer onto the carrier and from there the carrier’s mid-positioned rotating axis ensures an even transfer to the brushes.
