The Javo Super potting machine is a solid universal machine suitable for any soil type. By applying a unique soil elevating system, this machine is technically unsurpassed and user friendly. This provides a high level of assurance in productivity. The Javo Super provides a large working area which is height-adjustable, making it ideal for large and high pots. An automatic soil supply/cut-off system and a unique paddle wheel prevents any deformation of the soil structure. The capacity of the standard Javo Super potting machine is stepless control from 600 up to 3,000 pots per hour. The soil bin of 1.5-cubic yards is accessible from 3 sides and equipped with a soil conveyor belt. With adjustable steps, this belt supplies the paddle wheel. The soil bin can be filled with i.a. a front loader, forklift or crate tilter.
