• Machine with a rigid frame, depth control is managed via the tractor hitch.
• Next to the collection table, there is a platform for 4 people on the right side and 4 people on the left side.
• Track width adjustable up to 1600 mm.
• Specially designed hydraulic platform lifts, lowers, and tilts the box.
• The box platform is shorter than the box to unload it onto the ground while moving forward.
• The box platform is height-adjustable for different box types.
• Wheel size: 460/60 x 22.5 (diameter 1070 mm, width 400 mm).
• Wheels have a flexible position to adjust the weight on the tractor hitch.

Intake

1 standard inlet - full width

• Inlet width between the discs: 1330 mm.
• Share discs (Grimme model) with haulm intake rollers on the outer side of the inlet.
• 5 partial shares for a complete share intake.
• Working depth up to 40 cm.
• Possibility to harvest 150 cm beds with 2 disc coulters on the outside and a complete share.

Pickup Chain

1 standard pickup chain with 42 mm spacing, 10 mm rods, and 3 rubber conveyor belts with straight rods.

• The angle of the pickup chain is 28°.

Separation Drums

Standard - Two hydraulically driven separation drums on top of the pickup chain.

• The separation drums can be positioned at different locations on the pickup chain to influence cleaning before separation to the right and left.

Sorting Table

• 2 double-sided sorting tables with a chain pitch of 28 mm and 10 mm PVC-coated rods.
• Workers pick the product by hand from the left or right sorting table and place it on the selection conveyor in the middle.
• The selection conveyor in the middle has the same height as the sorting table.

Electrical System

1 standard control panel in the tractor

• Main control panel mounted in the cabin.
• Controls are a combination of joysticks and switches.
• Pictograms describe the functions.
• For controlling the speed of the intake chain.
• Height adjustment and tilting of the box.
• Steering.

• Start/stop control of the selection conveyor (speed adjustable via manual valve).

• All cylinder functions are driven directly by the tractor’s hydraulic system.
• One pressure input and one free pressure output.
• Minimum 35 L/min - 180 bar pressure.
• Can only be used when the pump drives all rotational functions.
• Rear axle steering including automatic center positioning.
