Javo Plus Extra potting machine

The Javo Plus Extra is a potting machine designed for potting large and heavy pots, ranging from 19 to 38 cm in diameter. This machine is the largest in Javo's Plus series and features an electronically adjustable soil supply, ensuring very precise adjustments and improved pot quality. The round pot carousel is centrally adjustable for both pot diameter and height, eliminating the need to adjust the height of the discharge conveyor.

The machine has its own soil bunker with a capacity of 1.5 m³ and is equipped with a unique soil lifting system with rubber drive belts, which minimizes structural changes in the substrate. The Plus series is known for its low noise levels and minimal maintenance requirements.

• Javo Plus Extra: Has a lower processing speed, with a maximum of approximately 475 pots per hour at 60Hz.
