Central discharge of empty bins

Three water dumpers are connected, with the empty fruit bins placed on a central chain conveyor above the water channel. This conveyor transports the bins to a stacking gantry that stacks the empty bins. As a result, the empty bins from the different water dumpers are collected centrally. Would you like to place multiple water dumpers next to each other? Then this is an efficient solution to reduce the number of forklift movements. This chain conveyor and stacking gantry come at an additional cost of €6500.

Standard water dumper

Would you like to place this water dumper in front of one sorting line or one packaging line? Then you can choose the standard version, where the empty bins are stacked next to the full ones. To adjust the pick-up and drop-off positions, the sensors and PLC zones will likely need to be repositioned. An additional support leg also needs to be constructed.
