This is a mobile dosing installation, often referred to as a fertigation trolley or mobile nutrient unit, used for the precise addition of liquid fertilizers or other chemicals to water in irrigation or water treatment systems.

The installation operates entirely on water pressure and requires no electricity, and consists of several components:

Dosatron dosing pump: 

The green device at the top is a Dosatron from the ‘Green Line’ series, specifically designed for agricultural and horticultural applications. This pump ensures proportional and accurate mixing of a concentrate (such as fertilizers) with water, independent of pressure or flow fluctuations.

Filter:

 The blue housing filter is placed upstream of the Dosatron. A filter is recommended to remove impurities or abrasive particles from the water, extending the lifespan of the dosing pump.

EC meter

Is an electrical conductivity meter (EC meter). The EC value measures the salt content of the solution, which indicates the concentration of dissolved minerals or nutrient salts in the water. This is crucial for growers to ensure plants receive the correct amount of nutrients.

Mobile trolley: 

The entire installation is mounted on an aluminium trolley with wheels, making it easy to move between different locations or applications.
