This repetitive takeaway conveyor places the fruit on a carousel of two conveyor belts, allowing the fruit to be buffered before being packed into boxes or crates.

The repetitive packing line consists of:

• 2x Chutes for feeding empty boxes 580 x 42 cm, only with mounting on the packing conveyor, excluding top mounting
• 2x Short feed conveyor for empty boxes 95 x 40 cm
• Y-shaped feeding belt, starting at 100 cm wide, to feed both takeaway tables
• 2x Takeaway table 800 x 60 cm
• 2x Return conveyor behind the packing table 800 x 25 cm
• 2x Inclined outfeed belt for full boxes 650 x 40 cm
• 2x Flat conveyor belt for full boxes 200 x 40 cm
• 2x Flat conveyor belt for full boxes 100 x 40 cm, for feeding the roller conveyor with pusher
• 2x Roller conveyor with pushers 105 x 63 cm
• 2x Topcontrol ST-A checkweigher
• 2x Conveyor belt for products rejected by the checkweigher 100 x 40 cm
• Central second-grade outfeed belt in the middle 760 x 40 cm
