The Contimeta Cobra 3 is a semi-automatic pallet wrapper / stretch wrapping machine from Contimeta (ITW Mima) — a machine designed to wrap pallets quickly and efficiently with stretch film. It is a pallet wrapper with a freely rotating wrapping arm. This means the load remains on the floor while the arm rotates around it and applies the film – so no turntable is required. Due to this principle, the machine can handle pallets of virtually any weight class, as the weight does not need to be supported by a turntable. Unique to the Cobra series is, among other things, the use of a high-quality pre-stretch system, which provides approximately 300% stretch of the film, making film usage efficient.
