Javo Optima potting machine

With the Optima, Javo offers a potting machine which is unique in its kind. The soil is picked up with a paddle wheel in a controlled manner and can deliver in high capacity.

The paddle wheel is designed to work with heavy soils or soils with a coarse structure. A specially designed system will stop the supply conveyor before overflow occurs. This ensures that the structure and the quality of the substrate remain intact.

The Javo Optima potting machine will handle pots from 3-1/2" up to 11-1/2" (9cm up to 28cm) with adjustable speed of up to 3,000 pots per hour.

The automatic take-off to the conveyor belt can be mounted practically anywhere on the pottrack by means of a universal support.
