TTA Midi planting line Plant robot

  • 14 grippers
  • Electrical connection: 16A 
  • Electrical consumption: 3 Kva 
  • Pneumatic connection: 6 bar 
  • Pneumatic consumption: 1 m3/hour 
  • The planting robot is well adaptable for other trays and planters according to TTA. Conversion to another tray requires the following.  
    • A pattern plate (the stainless steel plate with holes that match the tray) A pin bar (pushes the plants out of the pattern plate, makes sure plants come out of the tray properly from below) and side guidance. 
    • In addition, a software modification 
  • The grippers have to fit in the tray cell. Grippers cost approx €200 each new.
