Greefa PDV Small Crate Filler

The Greefa PDV Small Crate Filler is a specialized system for the automatic and weight-accurate filling of small crates with fruit, especially apples. The machine is known for its fruit-friendly operation and is often integrated directly into sorting installations or packaging lines.

•  Weighing system: The machine is equipped with an integrated electronic scale that enables precise filling by weight. 

– Air supply: 

• Uses air, therefore an external compressor is required.

Capacity & weight:

• Filling range: Max. 35 kg. Typically between 2 kg  and 30 kg  per crate. 
• Throughput: Depending on fruit size and packaging type, the capacity is approximately 1.2 tonnes per hour. 
• Compatibility: The system is specifically designed for standard small crates or cartons (for example in the 40x60 cm format). 
• Gentle handling: Through the use of special belts and, air cylinders, it is ensured that sensitive fruit such as apples is not damaged during filling.
