The advanced green bean harvester, type GB-1000, has a completely new pick-up section that improves the harvesting of beans. With the new design, the stripping drum has been divided into two parts that can rotate at an individually adjustable speed. This provides a very gentle and efficient way of harvesting green beans by machine.Throughput has been improved as the pick-up section has been lengthened by 25%, which means more consistent pick-up and higher capacity.The stripping drums are covered with a hinged protecting cover so that maintenance and cleaning work can be carried out easily. The pick-up belt has been improved in its transport capacity and offers more space for beans and leaves.The pick-up section has two individually adjustable speed sections to ensure gentle harvesting. The angle of the pick-up section can be adjusted to the harvesting conditions by means of a hydraulic cylinder.Downstream of the stripping drums, a blower is installed to separate loose leaves/foliage from the beans. The machine is designed for filling boxes or BigBags.The platform for boxes is able to carry 2 boxes and can be folded in for transport.
