How the cucumber sealing machine works

The machine consists of a sealing bar and a shrink tunnel. It operates with two rolls of film. The cucumber is placed on the support section of the machine, on the chain, in the lower layer of film. Before the sealing bar, the upper layer of film is placed over the cucumber, after which the sealing bar melts the film together. The cucumber is then transported by the chain to the oven. In the shrink tunnel, the film is shrunk tightly and airtight around the cucumber. This shrink tunnel consists of two ovens through which the cucumbers pass. The machine can be supplied on request with different rod spacings for various products such as cucumbers, leeks, pointed peppers, zucchini, carrots and corn.
