Visser Block-O-Matic pot press line

Suitable for making pressed blocks for different vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, celery, zucchini and parsley.

Equipped with:

• Soil hopper
• Ground cultivator
• Pot press with 3 molds, for making pressed blocks of 3x3 cm (247 per crate), 4x4 cm (150 per crate) and 5x5 cm (96 per crate)
• Visser drum seeder with 8 different drums
• Ground conveyor belt
• Transfer unit for transfering pressed blocks into case (64x45 cm)
• Chain conveyor for the supply of crates
• Conveyor belt for the export of crates

In the past 2 years provided with various new parts such as;

• 5x5 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.4 mm - used for cabbage
• 5x5 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.8 mm - used for lettuce
• 5x5 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 1.0 mm - used for zucchini
• 4x4 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.3 mm - used for cabbage
• 4x4 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.4 mm - used for cabbage
• 4x4 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.8 mm - used for lettuce
• 4x4 cm press block - 5 seeds / press block - used for parsley
• 3x3 cm press block - 1 seed / press block - 0.5 mm - used for cabbage and celery
