Sealing cucumbers is a great way to extent the freshness of cucumbers and to add value to the products.

This machine has been designed for sealing cucumbers and vegetables, like leek, big carrots, courgette, sweet corn, etc. The machine wraps the products airtight in foil. Moisture loss is prevented so that the durability is enhanced.

The machine consists of a seal and a shrinking unit, the processing is adjustable:
The chain transports the product through the seal and shrink unit.
The seal unit operates with two foil roles, one of the roles is driven by an electromagnetic clutch.
When the product is wrapped into the foil and melted and cut it goes to the shrink unit where the foil shrunk tightly around the product.
The shrink unit consists of two shrink ovens, the products going between them.
