This sorting drum is used after the destemmer to separate the tops / crowns and the untopped beans of the already topped products. The drum barrel is coated with a netting wire, which clamps the tops, crowns and untopped beans, where they are being transported to the top of the barrel, where the brush loosens all the tops, crowns and untopped beans so they fall in the vibrating output.
