About second-hand Delignie machines

De Lignie was formerly a producer of weighing, bagging / packaging and palletisation machines for agricultural applications. With De Lignie weighing and palletisation equipment the process of weighing and bagging potatoes, onions and Brussels spouts can be accelerated considerably, resulting in cost savings. The factory in Herkingen in the Netherlands has, however, closed its doors.

The construction of Delignie weighing machines is such that the possibility of underweight is excluded entirely and excess weight remains reduced to a minimum. De Lignie weighing machines have a weighing range of 5 kg to 50 kg. They can be used to fill a variety of bales, jute, polystyrene and paper containers or auction crates.

The feed belt consists of two components: a main belt and a 10cm wide topping-up belt. When the set weight has almost been reached, the main belt will stop, enabling the smaller topping-up belt to attain set weight with greater accuracy.
