Visser tray seeding machine

Visser pneumatic tray seeder. This seeder is equipped with a blow-off bar that first gently blows off the excess soil from the trays. Next, the trays are passed by a dibbler, which punches a hole in each cell of the trays. Finally, the trays arrive at the sowing unit, which is a pneumatic sowing unit with a sliding sowing mechanism. At the top of the unit, the seed is sucked in with a plate; there is a separate plate for each seed size, which is different for each tray size. Then, at the bottom of the seeding unit, the seed is let through per tray by means of a sliding mechanism.

At this moment this machine is suitable for 6 different tray sizes. Each tray size has its own seeding unit with built-in sliding seeding mechanism and separate punching unit. Per tray size, there are several plates suitable for different seed sizes, see overview below;

On request we can advice you, in cooperation with the manufacturer, what it would cost to make the machine suitable for your trays. These costs are not included in our selling price and would be added to it. The trays can be max. 40 cm wide.
