The harvest yield of a rose cultivation is high in volume. This high volume is good for the grower, as it offers the opportunity to achieve high sales. On the other hand, the high volume of production makes sorting the roses a challenging job.
The rose sorting machine makes sorting your roses child's play. Rose grading machines automatically sort roses according to length, after which they are neatly and flatly bound per bunch and, if necessary, packed. The roses are hung from the flower bud in the bunching machine. Stem lengths are measured electronically by the sorting machine. Optional is a camera for measuring the stem thickness or the stage of opening (flowering) of the rose. The rose bunching machine then sends the rose to the correct bunching station. Here the roses are tied in bunches of 10, 15 or 20 and cut to one length. This way of sorting roses is very efficient and labour-saving with a capacity of up to 10,000 roses per hour. In addition, a rose sorter improves quality by making uniform, tight bunches. This makes a rose sorting machine an investment that quickly pays for itself.
Machine will be sold including service, disassembly and will be loaded on a truck.
