About second-hand Rose sealing machines

Part of rose and other flower processing is wrapping and sealing the bunches. This is a manual activity that can easily be replaced by a rose sealing machine. It is also possible to place the rose sealer directly after the sorting machine so that this extra process does not cost any extra work. Many rose growers still choose to have the machines work separately so that the sorted bunches of roses are kept apart.

As well as bunches of roses, the rose sealer can pack other flowers, such as zantedeschias, in thin transparent foil. Wrapping and sealing is done in a cylinder shape with an opening that is the same size at the top as at the bottom. The foil protects the roses optimally from damage during transport by road or air. The tightness of the foil around the bunch is easily adjusted. This foil can be printed with your own brand or company logo if required. Partially perforated foil can also be used for aeration.

The choice of a certain type of rose sealing machine partly depends on the set-up and the available space. Some rose sealers have a supply belt on the same side as the collection belt so that the rose sealing machine takes up less space.
