Gregoire tray filling machine

The tray filling machine is an universal machine for automatically filling trays and boxes. This machine is also suitable for filling pots in the trays.

Operation 

Empty trays are placed on a conveyor belt. These are transported underneath the soildosage-unit and they are filled with soil. The soil is dosed and will fall on the tray and is a little pressed by a rotor. After pressing the excess the soil is removed by an adjustable brushunit from the tray and re-used in the next cycle. By means of the adjustable height it is possible to fill each tray to the optimum.
