The tray- and boxfillingmachine is an universal machine for the automatically filling of trays and boxes. This machine is also suitable for filling of the pots in trays. Operation: Empty trays are placed on a conveyorbelt. These are transported underneath thesoildosage-unit and are filled with soil which will be a little bit pressed by means of a propeller. After the propellering, the brush-unit removes soil from the tray. By means of height-adjustment it is possible to fill nearly each tray. The machine has following distinguishing features:
  • High-quality construction and maintenance free
  • Optimal filling of the trays by means of height-adjustment
  • Easy height-adjustment, by means of a spindle with lever-mechanism
  • Enhanced movable produced by means of casters
  • High capacity up to 1.500 trays per/hour
