Struik Bush reversing cutter with Hoaf burner. The machine is only suitable for sandy soil (without stones). The machine mills the top layer over and then burns it. The purpose of the machine is to free the top layer of the seedbed from weeds and germinating weeds. The machine is suitable for leafy vegetables such as lettuce and spinach.

Now the government rules about chemical weed and disease pesticides are becoming stricter, the Hoaf flame weeder offers an excellent alternative. While flame weeding the weeds are not only destroyed, but also the germination capacity is taken away of seeds lying on the surface.
