Automatic packaging machine with stretch technology, Automac 75 has been designed with the aim of providing the best performance in terms of reliability, speed (up to 75 ppm, with parameter adjustable according to specific requests of the production) and appearance of the product. It is therefore ideal for fresh and fresh food packaging centers that require high hourly productivity.

Automac 75 can package any food compatible with stretch technology and neutral or printed film, with a speed regulation suitable for the application: white and red meat, pork meat, fish, cheese, fruit, vegetables… Automac 75’s power consumption and mechanical wear and tear are drastically reduced thanks to the automatic locking system of all operations when the trays are not present on the power supply or arrive intermittently,that allows to reduce maintenance and increase savings and environmental sustainability of production.

Automac 75 provides maximum results in combination with Gruppo Fabbri’s neutral or printed films, but can boast excellent performance even with the films of all major manufacturers on the market.

Automac 75 also guarantees the packaging of each type of tray regardless of the following parameters:

• Material (expanded polystyrene trays, rigid, vegetable or compostable)
• Shape and dimensions (small catering trays or large trays)
• Colour (coloured or transparent trays)

The product is packaged with particular attention to the closure in the lower part of the tray: the welding tape at the outlet has been designed to optimize the welding of the film carefully avoiding the overheating of the tray and the product.
