It can be customized with different types of loading belts, destackers, covering units, wetting and much more.
The dibbling system is a fixed plate with adjustable positioning: a solution that allows you to best adjust the desired depth for each type of sowing, and at the same time guarantees high adaptability to each tray.
All LR650 seeders are equipped on the sowing drum with a brushless motor with independent speed from that of the belt: this guarantees maximum precision and modulation of the work cycle with speeds up to 650 trays/hour*
The anodized aluminium seed drums can be 8 or 16 slots. Overall, the line has been designed with particular attention to ergonomics and maximum containment of the time needed to perform the routine operations involving the sowing cycles.
Changing the drum, plate and seed is therefore intuitive and fast, while the recipe data, managed by the PLC, can be easily managed at any time.
The presence of the PLC then allows, upon request, the connection with the Company servers via Modbus TCP® or OPC UA ® system
