Visser tray filling and seeding line 

This tray seeding line is complete with: 

  • Visser trayfilling machine with destacker of trays

Visser tray filling machine and destacker
Destacker for tempex trays which are flat at upper- and bottom side. The soil hopper is supplying the soil to the elevator by means of a conveyor which is adjustable in speed. The elevator brings the soil up to the filling head. Inside the filling head a rotor with rubber flaps is pushing the soil into the tray. This component of the machine is the heart of the effectivity: it creates a remarkable uniformity for trays and pots in trays. By changing the speed of the rotor and the height of the filling head the soil density can be adjusted. The hopper brings soil back to the soil hopper for re-usage. Year of production 1996.

Visser Speed Rouline Tex drum seeder with dibbler - Year: 2000
Complete with 6 drums and 2 dibblers for different kind of trays. 
Dibbler and seeder are now suitable for trays with 264 and 432 cells.
The Speed Rouline Tex is a drum seeder on a conveyor belt which can be programmed with a digital programmable TEX display. The heart of the machine is the rotating seeding drum which holds the seeds with vacuum. At the outside surface of the drum, different rows of nozzles are placed. The seeds pass through a blow off bar which blows possible double seeds away from the seeding nozzles. At the lowest point of the seeding drum, the vacuum is released and the seeds drop in the cell. After seeding, the nozzles are cleaned by blowing air through the nozzles. High capacity can be achieved by synchronizing the speed of the seeding drum and the speed of the conveyor belt.
