• Connected to a Windows 10 PC with YES Manager software for overviews, reports and real-time information. (Excl. any licenses) 
• Powered roller conveyor for full boxes (stainless steel) 
• Powered roller conveyor for empty boxes (stainless steel) 
• 2 x modular conveyor belts for discharging weighed trays 
• Merging two lanes into one lane 
• Proseal Slipstream lane divider, from 1 lane to 3 lanes. 
• 180-degree curved conveyor, modular belt type, stainless steel frame 
• Collection roller conveyor, stainless steel frame  for underweight / overweight trays

Information about the scales in the weighing system:

• The scales can only be used as standalone units for weighing.
• A number of weights are programmed into the scales.

No software update has been carried out / purchased in recent years. As a result, the central software system does not work.

In practice, the previous owner did not use the software, so they felt that a paid update offered no added value.

The software was also not fast enough for the fastest employees, causing it to record 2 rapid consecutive weighings as a single weighing.

If they have DCW carry out an update / upgrade, the following might be possible:

• Central configuration of the programme for the target weight in grams.
• Viewing productivity per employee.

*We also have a matching packing conveyor available as an option.

*Excluding (Bizerba) checkweigher for controlling the Proseal Slipstreamer. Checkweighers from various manufacturers can be installed in this line.
