Aweta Rollerstar PV 1-7+1 weight, size and colour grading machine

The machine is suitable for a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. 
Suitable to sort: apples, pears, oranges, tomatoes, bell pepper, flower bulbs and stone fruit such as avocados, peaches and plums.

• It's a complete solution included supply conveyor and packing tables
• Capacity: depends on the type of fruit, but approximately 2 tons per hour

Machine comes from an university in Denmark and is only used a few times with very low volumes. The machine was used for grading apples, pears und plums.

The machine is currently dismantled and needs to be installed and setup by an Aweta specalist at the location of the client. We can arrange this for the buyer.

First box is for detecting:

• NIR infrared sensor for sugar measurements
• Hardness of the fruit (2 sensors)
• The machine can work without these internal quality options

The second box is where the camera is located for sorting by size and color.
After the camera the producted is being weighed.
