Sorting machine for various roses, various flowers, leafs / greens and plants / rootstocks.

The machine comes from the second owner who bought the machine in 2014 and got the machine updated by the manufacturer, where the machine was provided with a modem, so the manufacturer can log into the machine through the internet for technical support. The machine recieved it's latest software update in August 2020 (invoice available on request).

The machine uses 2 camera's to sort on the following aspects:

• Length
• Thickness
• Volume in general
• Volume of the flower
• Volume of the berries
• Length of the berrie-occupancy
• Number of bulbs

The machine is currently equipped with software to sort the following flowers:

• Rosehip (orange and red)
• Weigelia
• Skimmia
• Viburnum (white and red)
• Eremurus
• Jasmine
• Peony
• Hypericum
• Snowberry
• Chestnut

The cups are:

• 130 cm long
• 21 cm wide
• 7,5 cm deep

With a software update from the manufacturer the machine can also be used for sorting other flowers. The machine is equipped with wide sorting bins so it can be used for sorting a big variety of flowers, greens, plants and rootstocks. The machine has 9 sortings and is adjustable in speed. The machine is provided with 2 tables for the manual input of the flowers and each sorting bin is provided with the latest mechanical update so the bins are getting smoother back to their starting position after releasing the sorted product.

The machine is equipped with a user-friendly control which provides a lot of information.
