Schouten jump grader with 4 sortings and conveyor outlets

With the step grader the largest sizes are sorted out first. Compared to a normal jumb grader, this has the advantage that the large sizes are less affected by the grading machine.

• Screen deck 120 cm wide: 2 screens of 60 cm wide x 160 cm long
• Comes with 4 sieves  (approx. 26, 31, 34, 35 mm)
• Conveyors that brings the product further in the machine
• Every sorting has it's own jump system
• Platform both sides of the sorter

This grader has been used every year for only a few weeks for grading young small potatoes. Because the machine has not been used much, it is still in very good condition. 

With the right sieves, this machine can also be used for flower bulbs, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, seed potatoes and onions.
