How the machines work:

• The leek has to be put on a conveyor at the start of the machine
• Then the leek goes through 2 rotating peeling tumbles with peeling fingers, which travels the leek continuously from the roots to the leaves. It takes the dirty leaves and pulls them off.
• It washes and peels leeks and cuts the roots and surplus green to size.
• The peeling drums are easily adjustable via a lever. The speed of the belts, drums and knives is adjustable.
